Other Information
This is the event-specific part of Club Coach Training, for Endurance. It will take place in English at Westmount High School (https://goo.gl/maps/6ZRMHdUEzdxghozz9). 9am to 5pm on Saturday November 5.
Schedule:
9-10am Observation of XC training
10-12pm Discussion of Technical elements (rules, safety, warm up, stride mechanics) and Program Planning (Season planning)
12pm-1pm Lunch
1pm-2pm Strength Training (practical demonstration)
2pm-5pm Program Planning Part 2 (Workouts and Strength)
