For session 3 - Matt's Fun Monday has moved to SATURDAY!
End the week with some FUN! Join Matt every Saturday at 9:00AM to practice FUNdamental movement skills through a high-energy virtual workout. Sessions will be 30 minutes over Zoom. Matt's Fun Saturday will get kids excited about movement!
Each session will feature:
- Randomizer to select workouts (Wheel, Plinko, Jeopardy)
- Unique exercises that put the FUN in FUNdamental movement skills
- Positive and engaging instruction
- Focus on safety
This class will be every Saturday @ 9:00am, for a three week duration (November 14 - November 28th)
This class is FREE for AO U8, U10 and U12 members! Spots will be limited so sign up early!
